Elicia Woodford

Elicia Woodford, is a seeker of life experiences and self knowledge. Her appetite to experience different places brought her from Syracuse, NY to live in Australia, Atlanta, GA, Florida, NYC, and San Francisco. She now considers Atlanta her home.

Elicia has always had a deeper connection with natural health, as a teenager she started reading books about food as medicine and the cause of disease. Having adopted a clean diet and a lifelong commitment to yoga, her thirst for wellness is endless.

Her natural sales ability and love for helping others lead her to a successful ten-year career selling human resource outsourcing services where she was able to help businesses with efficiencies and improve their employees' benefit packages.

In 2005 she became aware of an unconscious pattern of making poor decisions and realized that an internal relationship must be worked on and maintained just like an external relationship. This realization put her on a quest for self awareness and inspired her to live a conscious life. Elicia's work has included being a student and facilitator in many self awareness courses and bolstering the enormous changes flowing out of her work with energy healing and body work through The Center for Inner Knowing in Atlanta, GA. She has received her spiritual training through The Sacred Path in Berkley, CA, and learned to facilitate journaling workshops through Higher Awareness in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

While empowering herself to wellness, Elicia released what was holding her back and, as a result, her true nature and calling came through. ePowerMe was born in 2007 out of Elicia's passion to empower others to know, love, embrace and care for themselves.
